Sperasoft presents mastery in 3 disciplines at Digital Dragons
USA, SAN JOSE – April 26, 2019 – Sperasoft, a Keywords Studio will attend Digital Dragons conference, which will take place on May 27-28 in Krakow, Poland. During the two-day event, Sperasoft will be located at the branded Keywords Studios global family booth #B3 (Main Expo Zone), where participants can learn more about the company and available positions.
Three speakers from Sperasoft team will present their expertise on game-development in 3 disciplines – business, game design, and art.
Denis Larkin, Chief Commercial Officer will attend a discussion panel “State of Polish AAA talent” and share his expertise with other gamedev leaders – Maciej Miąsik (Pixel Crow) and Tomasz Gop (Flying Wild Hog).

Steven Thornton, Lead Game Designer, will talk about «10 things that can kill your idea in AAA development». This speech will be interesting to people who are working or just planning to put efforts as games designers in AAA projects. Employees of game development companies have many opportunities to pitch their ideas to the team. At the same time, there are lots of difficulties they face when the idea dies before it reaches the game. Steve will tell how to avoid major mistakes and maximize the chance for the idea to survive.

Stefan Ivanov, Senior Technical Artist, will present the topic «Scene set up, camera and lighting tips (Unreal 4)». The presentation will explore interesting methods of how light can help make scenes more immersive. Stefan will show examples of how the story can be told or a mood for the scene be set using lights and colors. Also how setting small props as hits can bring an extra layer to your storytelling.
